We are able to accept and file any PPO policy. We are currently in-network with Humana PPO and Delta Dental Premier.

CareCredit & CitiHealth
If you are uninsured, you have a large out-of-pocket expense, or your treatment isn't covered by your insurance, you'll be happy to know that we offer multiple ways for you to break your treatment costs into manageable payments.
CareCredit and CitiHealth are both health care credit cards that offer 0% interest plans and low monthly payments. You can apply on line or in our office.
